Schnitzel

What is a Schnitzel?
For those who never had the pleasure of tasting a schnitzel or thought a “Wiener Schnitzel” has something
to do with a Hot dog… a schnitzel is a flat pounded 10 oz. filet of meat (pork, chicken or veal),
carefully breaded (we also have gluten free) and then short fried to golden perfection.

 To round the flavor it traditionally gets served with a delicious topping or like they do it in Austria
“Wiener (Vienna) style” just with lemons to squeeze. All our Schnitzels come with a recommended
side dish and a nice little side salad. So please let us know how you would like yours prepared.

We are proud to let you know that all dishes on this menu are authentic German cuisine, no alterations and have been family and traditional recipes for many generations. All of our produce and meats are hand selected from local markets and farmers so we try to keep them as organic as possible for a finer taste and hope you enjoy how we prepare them. Many of our dishes are also gluten free so please let us know if you have questions. Our main focus is to give you a culinary experience of Germany and introduce you to a wonderful variety of dishes. Our menu “Specialties” will change almost weekly as we will be adding many new delights. So we are open for any kind of suggestions or wishes in the menu.
